Because walmart 9mm is hard to find! And, if you read my 9mm walmart post yesterday, you'd see why. SOMEBODY(maybe the OP, just a wild guess, and I could be wrong) bought 70 something boxes of Blazer Brass 9mm at walmart yesterday. I wonder what they were doing with it?? I've heard stories of smaller shops buying wally world ammo and then selling it at there shop, I'm sure this has to be the case here as well.

Disclaimer: I am not accusing DGM of buying all wal-marts ammo, it could have been anyone, or any of the many gun shops around town. Could even be some crazy guy hording the ammo, but that is unlikely, IMO.
