High Desert oll shooting

Does anyone know if Lions Pistol, Rifle, Trap Range or West Victor Valley Shooting Club allow oll to be shot at there ranges? I've tried calling, but know one has answered or returned my call. Oh ya, and the Apple Valley Gun Club's is closed to the public now.

WVV is really out in Adelanto, right?

I dont think they have a problem, but I shoot in the BLM dezert out near Barstow.

So you can't get into Apple Valley now unless yer a member? I only shot handguns there because they dont allow rapid fire of rifles.

Where is a good place to shoot in the BLM desert? Im near Pasadena and it sounds like the Barstow desert is the closest BLM area to shoot. I've never shot on BLM land before. What's it like? Very private I assume? or tons of folks?

When did they start this policy? It's been a few months since I have been there. Though, I must admit all that rock made me nervous because you could hear the occasional ricochet.

The club is only closed temporarily.

The club membership is working to get the range reopened to the public soon.

I am a member at the Apple Valley Gun Club and I can bring in guests with me. If anyone is interested PM me and we can work something out.

Just kidding...

I like AVGC except for the fact you have to SLLLLOOOOOOW fire rifles, but you can mag dump handguns... It makes no sense, lol.

They say its a noise issue, but the handguns are just as loud.

At least you can shoot carbines on the handgun range if they are 9x19 or .45ACP
