Online ammo purchase in CA

I was told to apply for a permit to purchase online ammo in CA. I tried to find it but could not find that form. Any pointer? Thanks.

Being that nobody knows EXACTLY what will happen come Jan 1, it would be wise to take advantage of online ordering options NOW while prices are this low.

We all know one thing, the lines will be longer and slower & the prices will be higher to purchase in person in California.

I ordered another 5K rounds this weekend, hoping not to need any more ammo until 2019 when I hope to be reloading or out of state.

I don't know of any such 'permit' but if you apply for and get an FFL 03 and a Certificate or Eligibility (COE) you will be exempt from the face to face purchase requirement and can order on line and have ammo shipped to your address.
