Lot's of recoil from the revolver plus small scope screws. The stock 6-48 screws that probably came with the cheapest mount that he could buy. Resting the barrel of the gun on a hard surface while shooting didn't help either as it causes the gun to bounce hard on the recovery.Originally posted by ivanimalHow on earth does that happen?Frank
