if you got the rebate, that is good way to go.

check the deals section of the forum.

This. 14 cpr (all in) for factory brass is a great deal, and they have it in stock.

Not true most internet vendors will still ship as long as you buy them by the 21st or 22nd depending on the vendor. The ammo just has to be delivered prior to 1 Jan, thus the 7-10 day cut off in selling them before the end of the year.

Freedom Munitions is selling their reloaded hollowpoint 9mm for as low as .20 cents a round. It's noticeably more accurate than factory ball. Shipping is $7

I think most CalGunners have acquired enough ammo in the last two years that even they think they have enough.

I'm guessing by your username that you are from Los Angeles lol. I recommend going to LAX's last parking lot sale of the year on Dec 16th and 17th.
They are going to have their low prices on all LAX manufactured ammo. I've used their ammo for a couple years now and have never ran into any issues.

Personally, I am going buy a ton reloaded 5.56, but tbh you should have been stockpiling at the start of the year or even way before that. California gun laws are making it increasingly difficult to live a pleasant gun owning life. If I hadn't already been stockpiling ammo for the past two years preparing for the inevitable I'd pack my bags and get the hell out lol.

I'll beat any internet price delivered on range safe brass cased 7.62x39. The marketplace does still have some fair prices occasionally.

What am I missing when I say my impression of the upcoming laws next month only require ammo vendors to have their ammo selling license? (And they dont gouge)

No to-door shipments, but if the online retailers is willing to ship to a vendor and the vendor won't charge a ton, it's the same until they push the background checks circa 6-18months later?

But they will gouge. Less competition and they know they can bend you over.

Yes FFL 03 and COE is definitely the way to go. Given that supply may start to outstrip demand in the free states (at least in the short term), what does everyone think will happen to online ammo prices? I would assume prices would go down, but at the same time, they're already so cheap. Can online prices get any lower?

IMI 5.56 seemed like a good deal to me. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/40...15-boxes-of-30 $464 for 1800 rounds shipped - a little under 26 cents per round.
