Great Custom Case Foam

I bought a 36" Plano case from Amazon and designed some custom cut foam at https://www.mycasebuilder.com/. I loved the way is turned out.

$75 case
$30 foam

Here's a pic of the tracing. AR Pistol, Glock and 3 mags for each.

Also, is it pluck out or cut out, and if you cut it, what did you use?

Here is a pic of the AK pistol set up I put together.

It is cut out foam and the cool thing is you draw the design on the site (original pics) and they cut the foam and send it to you for $30.

Edit: $131 for my Pelican 1605 foam. I'd want to price check against caseclub.com if I'm spending that much.

Odd, i go to the custom foam and add my dimensions and get an estimate of $293.00 just for the foam! What am I missing here?

Make sure you’re not buying the case AND the foam.

It depends on the foam size. Bigger cases like big pelicans are pretty pricey.

I thought the same except he got a 36" rifle case done cheap. My pelican 1605 is only 26.00" x 14.00" x 8.38"

So his is longer and likely the same width. But my price comes out to $131. Maybe mine is way deeper? Doesn't add up to me.

Just tried again. For a Pelican 1750 the foam without any cutout designs is $131. Wonder what their mark up is? LOL!!!
