problem setting up my Lee reloader

I bought it used from AR15.com. I'm new to reloading, and I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong? It a Lee Loadmaster. I can't get it to rotate. If anyone in the Victor Valley (or on there way to Vegas ) would care to stop buy and take a look at it there is a case off beer in if for ya.

Did it come with a manual? Lee will send you a manual. Not sure of their tech support. Call and see if they can talk you through the problem
