Until your "brother" can post on his own, he should stick with something like a rubberband gun or sling shot.

Used to have a ton of fun shooting my old scout troops spud gun off in the desert! Went through tons of cans of hairspray.

start with a spit ball gun

1) get straw
2) paper wads soaked in saliva
3) blast away with unlimited ammo at targets up to 5 feet away with precision
4) high cap mags are ok
