Bill: Pie Mei taught you the five-point-palm exploding heart technique?
    Beatrix: Off course he did.
Bill: Why didn't you tell me?
    Beatrix: I don't know, because I'm a bad person.

If there is severe corrosion, pitting or "soft" brass, I wouldn't shoot it.

Other then that, try a few and see if they still work.

You could also see how much, if any, of the discoloration wipes off with a clean towel.
    Sorry, not sorry.

Dear autocorrect, I'm really getting tired of your shirt!

If you happen to be passing through my neck of the woods, I'd trade you 1 for 1 for new ammo and use these for display.

Don't rapid fire them in case a bullet gets stuck in the barrel from a squib.

If the bullet lubricant has crystallized they will be difficult to chamber.

Those look way better than some of my .22 I found recently laying loose in the bottom of a wood trunk from back around 1994, they look like they were exposed to some moisture and are really ugly, I was going to try shooting some for the hell of it anyway.

Randomly give a few of the cases a gentle squeeze. If they collapse, don't use them.

                      Sorry, not sorry.

1965 is when Remington started using that box.

I'm not really an ammunition collector. I was going to guess early 70's but.....

I have some .22 of similar vintage and older.

I have tried to shoot some of it, but lots of the rounds failed to fire. I don't know under what conditions it was stored for all those years and honestly some of it is likely older than I am. It might have got damp or too hot or ???
