for the added price of everything that is missing you can buy a ton of quality uppers right now. There have been quite a few on the for sale threads on here.

For all of you asking if this is a good deal...IT IS.

There's a reason why there are 4 threads in 3 forums alerting people about this upper. This thing is right up there with Noveske/Colt/Larue/FN for a much lower price.

Pat Rogers have said that it's the closest thing to a mil-spec middie anyone will ever see.

I am pondering a purchase. What length is the handguard supposed to be on a mid length upper? I would buy a rail for it anyways...

If you're still pondering, you're too late. I missed out, too.

Pretty much, and right now that's probably the best quality people are going to get for the price today. I'll take one of these over an LMT carbine upper.

I missed out too - by the time I checked my email and got the notice they were sold out. BCM uppers are top notch and $475 is an excellent price - they could go to $600 and still sell out in no time, got to respect them for not price gouging.

My buddy and I recently went shooting and he shot corrosive yugo ammo through his Mosin and figured he could just piss in the barrel and call it a day. Several days later the bolt was rusted shut but I guess the fouling wasnt TOO bad.
