    Another 2018 ammo source

I've been using these guys for rimfire for quite awhile. Good prices & Fedex flat rate shipping. 3000 rds of .22LR for $9.99 is not too bad.

Checking out I see they ship to N.Y. if you give an address of your FFL. I'm guessing they would do the same for Kalifornistan in 2018.

I don't know of many CA FFLs who are going to take ammo shipments for transfer. They have to log it all in, it has to be stored in a safe, and they can only charge $5. Both of my go-to FFLs tell me they will not be accepting ammo transfers. And why would they.

About the only reason would be to get people in the door. I've gone in to buy a $50 box of bullets & walked out $800 poorer.

        Thanks for the link.

I noticed they sell a super high velocity .22LR round by Aguila that looks like it might be worth trying on squirrels. More than twice as expensive as the cheap stuff but point blank range to over 100 yards and less than half what it costs me to make .223 hand loads.

Might have to order a couple of bricks.

Aguila "Super Maximum" 1750 FPS .22LR is well worth the cost.

Is that correct? I was under the impression that they could charge whatever transfer fee they wished for processing out of state shipments (as for firearms). Do you have a reference?

The Aguilla 5,000 rnd. box from them is a pretty good deal. I might have a few of those sitting around here and at my parents house. I have bought quite a bit of stuff over the years from ammofast.
