On 10-16-2017 i bought a lower from a LGS and today 11-17-2017 i bought another so that's 32 days by my count, i should be good right?

If you are talking AR lower not DROSd as a pistol, you can buy one every day or better yet buy 100 lowers every day. There is no 30 day restriction on long guns or firearms transferred as "other" which is how a rifle lower usually transfers.

One every 30 days, sounds to me like you are good to go. You could have bought two handguns on 10-16-17, picked one up 10 days later and one 40 days later.
Long guns have no limit.
PPT for hand guns have different rules.
