Saw that arrest on COPS. Everytime they use the Tazer on someone, they just drop to the ground screaming. Seriously, the old style zappers did just that, tried to zap the subject into submission. Taser vids are pretty funny stuff. That guy seemed like he was working up to mopping the floor with those cops, and might have been able to do it, too!
I've seen a few different Taser vids where the person they use it on apologizes afterwords like this guy did. There was the one drunk guy, though, that wound up getting zapped almost a dozen times before he wised up and stayed the eff down.
He kept getting up and falling right back down again. Kinda funny in it's own right. :P
