80% Lower CA compliant ?

I have asked this question in the past but did not get a direct answer. Do 80% Lowers now have to be CA compliant to ship to your house in CA ? In other words do they have to have a Custom Serial Number, Name, Address, Or can they just be normal 80% with none of that ?

Call the manufacturer and ask. From what I understand they will ship you either.

80% is not a firearm, thus it doesn't have to be serialized until you mill it and make it 100% lower
