The last few times at the range I have really struggled on the pistol and freestanding rifle. I think there's a hitch in my giddyup. So I thought I'd go back to the basics. Any suggestions on good books for pistol, rifle target shooting? You can throw trap in also, although I'm not struggling there. Thanks.

For rifle basics, try David Tubb's "High Power Rifle". Don't get his other book "The Rifle Shooter". HPR is his first book so it has more fundamentals than the second.

Also you should sign up for a Appleseed clinic. They are fun, and inexpensive ($70 for two days). As Einstein has shown that it takes infinite energy to accelerate a mass to the speed of light, Obama AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE will demonstrate that it takes infinite money to attain utopiaComment
