PPTing a pistol with two barrels?

Pending the 9mm does not have a threaded muzzle or you do not become victim to a dumb FFL that makes up stupid ideas about laws that don't exist.

Make sure the FFL processes it using the serial number on the frame and not on the chamber if it is marked.
There have been a few cases where the wrong number was used and it created issues later when the owners attempted to add them to their CCW.

Yup. Happened to me. Also had Turners DROS a .38 Ruger LCR as a .380. Both of those were caught by the CCW unit at Riverside Co Sheriffs Office.
