    Ammo Liquidators

    So I placed an order with Ammo Liquidators last week and have not heard anything back other than a confirmation of my order the day I placed it. I ordered on the 26th and still no shipping email.

    Has anyone dealt with Ammo Liquidators? Any problems? Should I be worried?

      I had an OK experience (one experience) with AL, but others did not after I posted about a deal. Price was great; communications were not. I am sort of crossing them off my list unless and until I see a lot of positive feedback.

          I've ordered from them twice and both times had to email and check on when they would ship.

          it takes them about 4-5 business days. i also have another order with them right now. i ordered on Saturday and haven't gotten shipping confirmation yet.
          i went ahead and replied to their email and asked when they would ship.

          usually works out. only negative is if you're buying in bulk (1kRnds) they'll send you 5 seperate boxes of 200rnds each. Oh and 5 different tracking numbers.

            I've ordered from them twice.
            The first time took almost a month to fill.
            The second time, I waited for over two months before THEY cancelled the order due to lack of inventory.
            I was contacting them about once a week for updates.
            They are NOT forthcoming with their information.
            I avoid them like the plague at this point.

              UPDATE

              I received an email from Dan at Ammo Liquidators late this morning and he apologized for the delay and said my order was shipping out today and a tracking number would be provided when available.

              Fingers crossed....

                That sucks. I really enjoyed shopping with companies that I can contact via phone for issues and have a real person answer

                  His email reply actually has a phone number on it. So if I don't hear anything about the order being shipped then I'll call it and see what happens.

                    from my 1st order Dan Miller was the person who responded. since then i've replied to Dan asking if/when my order will ship. and the it ships within 1-2 business days.

                    it's a little bit of work but their prices are really good...for some ammo.

                    Again, since i ordered 1K case, it'll probably ship with 5 different boxes with 5 different tracking

                      I placed an order two months ago. No responses to repeated voice mails asking for status. Sent an email asking for status three weeks after placing the order, received a reply the next day from Dan saying the order was cancelled due to lack of inventory and my credit card would be refunded. A month later I called my credit card to dispute the charge which was never refunded. Overall a bad customer experience.

                      My experience with Ammo King is much different. They goofed my second order (sent half of what I purchased) and when I emailed about it, they confirmed their inventory was more than their system showed they should have and the missing stuff would ship the next day.

                        Got a response from Dan Miller today. he said they're behind on orders at "the warehouse" and are working on it.

                        and i just got 5 tracking numbers from AL. I'll update once the ammo arrives.

                          UPDATE

                          Received an email yesterday evening with a UPS tracking number. Supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the 8th. Will update the thread at that time.
