    80% Lower CA compliant ?

    Do all 80% lowers have to be CA Compliant to ship to CA now ? OR Can they be just any regular 80% ?

      Even "stripped" lowers (finished lower with nothing attached) are "California Compliant".

            You are over thinking it. They probably just mean it is legal for a California resident to purchase. Not that they added some sort of gizmo to make it CA legal...
