    Noveske kx5 flash suppressor

    Aren't the noveske uppers with the kx5 flash hider pinned and welded on them going to be useless unless you register your rifle as an AW or take it out of the state? If so why are people still valuing them at near retail prices? I noticed more for sale but price doesn't reflect new state laws. Wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing.
