Bought in CA Selling in TX?????

Can anyone fill me in on if I need to do anything special to sell an M&P 15-22 I purchased in CA here in TX? I'm currently in TX thanks to the Army. In TX you don't even need to generate any paperwork for private party sales of firearms but I was wondering if I need to do anything special since it was originally bought in CA?? Thanks!!
