Don't bother with Ammo Supply Warehouse

Every once in a while they'll run a promo, like a free hat or bag with purchase.

The first time I ordered with a promo, they called and told me they ran out. They shipped my order without the bag that was promised. I accepted that because I figured crap happens.

I recently ordered with them again with a new promo and it was the only reason I bothered to place that order. I ordered within 5-10 minutes of the email being sent out and at least 20 minutes before they claimed to run out. Once again, they sent out my order without the promo.

They got me twice. So I called to complain and they told me then that I shouldn't be shopping with them. Well, at least I learned that they can't be trusted.

I haven't used any of the promo stuff, but I have ordered thousands of dollars
worth of ammo from them, with only a small hiccup one time, which they
took care of.

They had reasonable prices, shipped promptly, and decently packaged for
the most part.

At this point, I will continue to use unless something changes.

Never ordered based on ads. Just from the website. No problems. Even picked up in person twice. Lots of 40ft containers on the property.

I never get the promo stuff that's promised from any other companies that I order from including truck stuff, motorcycle stuff, fishing stuff, coffee stuff, etc.....

Bought from them before, no problems, fast shipping and received in just 2 or 3 days.

They are priced a little higher and have less selection last time I looked, but buying ammo for a lousy hat or bag is pretty lame.

If you want ammo, buy ammo. If you want a hat, go buy a hat.

I have purchased MANY cases of shotgun shells shipped to me with no problems. I have also been to there shop (garage) many times to pick up extra ammo for a GREAT price.

Well, I happen to collect range bags from gun companies. The only way to get that bag is through the promo AFAIK since it's not for sale.

If you need to threadcrap, go do it somewhere else son.

Again, I wanted to share my experience with how they treated me.

My first order with them was for over $1500 and everything was fine. But the measure of a company isn't when everything is fine, it's how they respond when everything isn't fine. In that regard, I was very disappointed their response was to go shop elsewhere instead of addressing my concern that their promo was exploitative and deceptive.
