Botach Tactical customer service sucks

I ordered a 60 round surefire and after two weeks it shipped. I ordered 6 colt 20 round mags. and after a week they said they were out of stock even though the web site said out of stock. I ordered on the 3rd a 100 round surefire that said they had 51 in stock and they printed a shipping label and its the 14th and it shows label printed not shipped. They obviously don't have it. I will do a charge back on my CC. I asked them when I ordered can they get it out and do they in fact have it in stock. I was told on several different days it will go out today. Now its the week end and they could not ship if they wanted to before the 16th and I told them I am moving on the 20th. They said it wold arrive before back on the 4th. Never again.

I had so many problems with them, I stopped using them years ago. The guy I work with never has a problem.

I think it depends on what you buy. If you buy tactical shoe laces I bet you get it fast. mags maybe not.

I ordered some high capacity tactical shoe laces and Botach told me that they can't ship to a CA address.

Botach has a long history of issues and failures....inexcusable.
