that's like suing budweiser for a dui fatality. And is the lawsuit mixing up slidefire with arm braces? saying slide fire was marketed as intended for use by "people with limited hand mobility". I don't recall bump stocks saying that.

better chance of suing Wynn Hotel for not reacting to the DAM SECURITY GUARD SHOT BEFORE THE MASS SHOOTING EVEN BEGAN!

        Something is way wrong.
A guy launches over 200 rounds in the hallway.... I know Wynn has good armed security....and nothing
Before the Las Vegas massacre began, a wounded Mandalay Bay hotel security guard called hotel officials to warn them about a gunman on the 32nd floor, an investigator told the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday.

You have to wonder if the Brady bunch will be throwing these people under the bus, like they did to those who sued after Newtown or was it Aurora and failed. Someone should tell the plaintiffs what they will be responsible for after they loose this lawsuit.

You have Wynn on the brain. Mandalay Bay is the hotel in question.

The stock has to be held accountable for it's actions.
Because the shooter can't be responsible for it, right?

That worked out well for the numbnuts who (with the Brady foundation egging them on) sued the ammo sellers after the Aurora shooting.

Unfortunately, all they have to do is prove that the bumpstock was intended to be and successfully used as a "work around" of NFA restrictions. The bumpstock is NOT a firearm and therefore probably not protected by the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.

All the morons posting their YouTube videos of bumpstock mag dumps is all the evidence they will need to prove the common and accepted use of the product in the marketplace.

Yeah, thats what those schmucks in Colorado thought too... same kind of argument, same kind of loss.

Actually the law covers components and ammo etc. as well. In regards to videos I guess a rebuttal could be this video
