Anyone ever heard of the NGOA Buyers Club?

I ignored the emails a few times but when I finally opened one from the National Gun Owners Association (NGOA).

I have never heard of this group but they are offering, for a monthly membership fee, to buy at wholesale pricing on all kinds of gun and related items.

Probably not a good idea for me but I became curious and search around for feedback on them. Couldn't find much that was independent.

I figured someone here would know something about them or confirm it is a scam as my suspicions tell me.

If this post is in the wrong place, I am sure one of the mods will move it or inform me of the error.

    Thanks in advance.

Hey, this is probably super late, but I had just noticed this thread and I think it'll be useful for anyone else that searches up NGOA. At first, I thought they were a bit fishy, and scam-like too. I've gotten a total of five firearms from them thus far. I'll list out what I got so you guys can compare.

Mossberg 500, Wood Finish Combo (https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_...1695?view=list) When looking at the item itself, it's not that much cheaper, but chopping off tax and shipping, it costs a lot less money.

Remington 783 with Scope (https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_...ly=1&view=list) It's actually not the chaeapest here. I tried to price match this, but they would account for the tax and the shipping that grabagun would have asked for, and NGOA came out to be SLIGHTLY cheaper, so they wouldn't do it. It was worth a try.

Marlin 60 w/Scope (https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_...ms=0&view=list) Cheapest at the time I could find. Again, nixing tax and shipping, it was by far the cheapest.

Rock Island 5" GI 1911 (https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_...ms=0&view=list) What I said above, applies here.

Century JW-2000 (https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_...7147?view=list) Yep, same as above.

It more or less reminds me of Amazon, that 20 dollars you're paying per month, really just goes to shipping. I don't believe that BS about the wholesale prices; I think they're making a profit off of the guns, but they certainly almost always have the lowest prices in a lot of guns out there. For ****s and giggles, I tried to price match a RAS47, and what they basically did was calculate the tax and shipping of the competitors order, and once they got that, they took another small percentage off of it (5% I think). Although for 20 dollars/month, and they do all the shipping (which is also speedy fast. My 1911 was shipped out and received by my FLL in 2 days; long guns were at 4-5 days; so far no slip ups), I think it's worth the deal if you shoot quite a bit and you like to buy new stuff a lot. Also great prices on there accessories and you can't ship the ammo to Cali (prices are not that great on ammo anyway).

If anyone else has any questions about NGOA, I bit the bullet and I took the risk and it paid off. Ping me if you have any other questions!
