peoples opinion on national "go buy a gun day"

wouldnt it be a great day for the 2a community if we can spread the word across the united states and have an official go buy a gun day? i mean they have other "official days" for other stuff why not one for us? hopefully it will go viral and inspire others to buy there first gun. the more the merrier, especially here in california were most young people who dont know about guns vote on stuff like prop 63 because it doesnt affect them but if they too see the reason why we love guns so much they will think differently when the next outright gun law is proposed to the people in the voting booth. let me know what you guys think.

The issue I see here is getting the "right" coverage bc we know the mainstream media will not help spread this message

how long ago though? i mean social media is at its prime right now. i.e facebook,instagram. if only we can get certain peoples attention. im going to start out by reaching out to certain youtubers, and instagram accounts. ill keep you guys informed as i go. help would be appreciated!

Other states have "sales tax holidays" for back to school, guns, emergancy preperations and a few other reasons.

Good luck getting CA to forgo that revenue AND promote gun ownership.

Sounds like a dumb marketing gimmick. How bout "take a new shooter to the range" day instead.

I'm not sure how a bunch of gun nuts buying a new gun on the same day promotes 2A.

Just decided I need a new varmit gun in 17hmr. Got 1/2 the funds so gonna start saving. New Years day seems about right. Start the year off with a bang!
