They are probably just covering their collective rears in case they cannot get your order ready in time. I order from them all the time and have nothing but great customer service and shipping is always early. From a company stand point, they probably just want to make sure you the customer understand their demand in the event there is a delay in your order.Comment

I noticed that they went down for maintenance on early Monday night for several hours so I was worried it was to "adjust" their prices.I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...
