    Sending to MA ???

    Im in Oregon, and I have some dude wanting me to sell him a Sphinx sdp, and send the bottom to his FFL, and then the Top to him??? What the heck is this even legal?

      Of course it's legal. The only serialized part is the pistol frame...everything else is just parts. If he were my buyer, I'd send the pieces wherever he wanted. The frame would go to a licensee.

      Simple...why your buyer wants it that way is his choice as the buyer.

        Like California, Massachusetts has an approved handgun roster. http://www.mass.gov/eopss/docs/chsb/...ter10-2016.pdf The Sphinx SDP is not on that roster. Looks like he is trying to get you to do something shady to get around their roster.
