    Trump eases export restrictions

The Trump administration is reportedly planning to ease rules on American manufacturers selling small guns and assault rifles to buyers overseas.

Citing senior U.S. officials,*Reuters*reported that aides to President Trump are putting the finishing touches on a plan to shift licensing and oversight of international non-military firearms and ammunition sales from the State Department to the Commerce Department, an agency focused on facilitating trade.

The officials claimed the proposed rule change, headed to the White House budget office in the coming days, would cut regulatory red tape, boost U.S. gun exports and create jobs.

Sens.*Ben Cardin*(D-Md.), Diane Feinstein (D-Calif.) and*Patrick Leahy*(D-Vt.) sent a letter to Secretary of State*Rex Tillerson*last week urging him not to make any rash regulatory changes, according to the Reuters report.

If you need help with any stragglers, call a friend, because it's likely that they have a gun. America in particular have done exceptionally well taking care of the problem, as there are 1.12 guns for every 1 American citizen. So throw a rock, you'll probably hit a gun, pick up that gun, then shoot a zombie.

Fix it so they can bring in all the M-1and M-1 carbines from So. Korea. I believe I read there were many thousands sitting in warehouses.

While you're at it, we'll also take any old Mausers, Enfields and Arisakas off your hands.

....and any old ammo you don't need anymore.

hopefully we will see more incremental improvements to our rkba. a big yes to pumping up the civilian marksmanship program, by returning carbines and garands to the u.s. for sale through the cmp. national ccw reciprocity. expanded ccw permit recognition on more federal lands (e.g. at usps parking lots, through dod gates, and on army corps of engineers, tva and bureau of reclamation properties). it is a travesty that the 2a is our only constitutional right that is zip-code dependent.

While this will certainly help the USA manufacturers, likely any overseas arms sales will be to .GOVs and not citizens. Most of them prohibit private ownership of small arms, kinda like what .CA is trying to do to us...

If we keep pushing on every front, every issue, everytime we can gain an inch sooner or later we will start getting what we want.

                Good job Mr President!

An added benefit is the democrat swamp dwellers who would prefer to bankrupt US arms manufacturers are not pleased!

This could be a good time to re-visit investment strategies regarding the firearms industrys.
