I'm surprised at how many of you folks used credit cards that are no longer in existence. Why do they go away?

Anyway, yea, I have gotten several receipts from them re-emailed too over the last few days.

I'm my case it was a suspicious gas station charge for $2 from a state I've never been to for 10+ years. The bank contacted me and issued me a new card. Common circumstance, I think.

Wells Fargo lost $7000 on one of my cards last year. Discovery lost $2000.

Thay don't make any money off of me.

I think I have had 4 new cards issued the last 6 months. Two were my fault as I killed the magnetic strip, and two were because of compromise/fraud. The bank is great about it for the most part, with the only real issue is when I am traveling and they suspend the card until I call to tell them it really is me making the purchases.

Saw this message on facebook today:

"We apologize for the email(s) you recently received. It is not a new order, so there will be no new charges and no product pertaining to that order will ship as well. There is an issue with our server that is causing duplicate emails of past orders as far back as 2015 to be resent. This was not a hack, just an errant email. So rest assured no personal information has gotten out. Please feel free to delete and disregard said email(s) as we are working diligently to fix the issue. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you and take care.

Call the CC company and let them know you wil be traveling.
I had identity theft 2 years ago. My CC have a low limit for purchases. I call ahead of time when i order alot of ammo. I know it works for me. I tried making a big purchase and as it was declined, my phone rang and it was the CC company. To verify the purchase.
