It's interesting that they're on record as wanting to go after more of the US market. And apparently they think boycotting Israel will help them do that.

The company has pledged no longer to sell arms into warzones or to countries that violate corruption and democracy standards, including Saudi Arabia, Israel, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, or any African countries.

Though never officially announced, the new strategy was included in Heckler & Koch’s latest yearly financial report, and confirmed at an annual general meeting in August. A spokesman said that the firm had “withdrawn from the crisis regions of this world”.

That's interesting cause....Israel IS a warzone kinda.

I am pretty sure "African Countries" don't buy new HK's anyways, Turkey and the Saudi's already have a ton of them, and Israel makes their own small arms so who is it really going to affect.

Its all the (rich) nations that HK still wants to sell to that are doing large scale illegal wars and Crimes Against Humanity, etc. with USA topping the list in both future possible HK sales and current wars.

Look at who is running Germany and then dont think that HK didn't have to do this sort of thing.. both politically back home AND quite possibly to keep its German Government contracts... which are significant to them.
