Can I buy a NEW handgun from Turners Outdoorsman on Monday and do a PPT on Thursday and have both DROS go through with corresponding 10 day pickup the following Thursday and Sunday?

The above advice is true, we all know this. But every time I see that in black and white I just have to shake my head. Just what exactly is CA trying to do with the 1 in 30 for new pistols? Not like anyone here could possibly comprehend the incomprehensible. It just gets my goat every time I have to think about it.sigpic
