    2 handguns in 1 month?

Can I buy a NEW handgun from Turners Outdoorsman on Monday and do a PPT on Thursday and have both DROS go through with corresponding 10 day pickup the following Thursday and Sunday?

I bought 28 handguns in the past month, so yes you can.

Yes. 1 in 30 for new handguns. No limit per month on private party purchases.

          Yes.
Because, the PPT is exempt from the 1 in 30 day wait for handguns. [PC 27535(b)(8)]

The above advice is true, we all know this. But every time I see that in black and white I just have to shake my head. Just what exactly is CA trying to do with the 1 in 30 for new pistols? Not like anyone here could possibly comprehend the incomprehensible. It just gets my goat every time I have to think about it.

Are both transactions being done within L.A. city limits?

Cuz, the guns are only dangerous when they're new..

You could also buy them at the same time and pay one DROS instead of 2.

Just another loophole that will need to be fixed.
