    storing guns away from home?

due to some personal situations and financial reasons, i'm moving to a studio in a less than pleasant, but really affordable area. i'll be keeping my mossberg 500 ready to rock and roll at times (reliable/replaceable), but am not necessarily comfortable with the security of the rest of my handguns/long guns. is there anyone out there who rents out storage space specifically for guns? and if not, what do y'all think of putting a gunsafe in a public storage facility?

Reed's used to (still has?) lockers where you could store your guns.

I don't think that a public storage facility is a very good idea. I'd feel a lot safer to store them with my parents or a friend.
    With Oden on our side.

Agreed. Try to find a friend of family member who will take them in.
