1919A4 experts help with identifying parts

I drosed a 1919 and will be picking it up soon. Grabbed some parts for it off of ebay. The carry handle came from Cyprus. The tripod, pintle, and the T&E came from France. I've attached some pictures since crapbucket is crap. Are these genuine WWII parts? Any of these are repros? Thanks in advance. Aleks

I've always wondered who that guy on eBay from Cyprus is with all the 1919/1917 parts. If tripod is stamped 1942, I'd assume its legit, because the modern repros (at least that I have seen) don't try to pass themselves off as the real deal, but you should post this question on 1919.com or beltgunshooters

It appears you scored! But some of the repo parts are some times hard too tell.

The carry handle looks like part of the A-6 Israel kit I have for my 1919A4.
Will have to take a look at my tri-pod to see what the stampings look like.
Is yours in 30-06 or 308?

IIRC, If you have a Yahoo or AOL type of e-mail it won't let you. Try a G-mail acct

Interesting. Thanks for posting. It is stamped as a "trirod". I hope you will be so kind to update this post with what you learn from 1919 about the parts you got. They look like they will work. Should be a whole lot of fun!

Yeah I noticed the "trirod" stamping too, which makes me want to seem that it's an all original. I'll keep trying to get on the 1919 forum and see what they say

The T&E and carry handle look legit. The Tripod looks a little off to me. Like maybe its been rebuilt out of demilled parts? For example, the one I have has a data plate on it, it doesn't just have the data stamped directly into it. But also, there were probably dozens of manufacturers who made them in many forms so it could be GI. The bottom line is you have a functional tripod, pintle and T&E mechanism to shoot your gun.
