Yes it does. About the only thing that can be done is to vote the judges out when they come up for election tho I do not know what the success rate is for doing that. I say about, but it is probably the only thing because we know the Democratic legislators in this state will never make any law that will make punishment be what it should be.

Happened twice to same guy in Pleasanton Ca for a M1a . This looting pos should be in Prison . If the CA Politician's want to Stuff gun control down out throuts so bad maybe they should look at the criminals. Should be 10 years for burglary / breaking and entering for theft of a Firearm .

I am convinced that the liberal ideology has an end game of us v. them, and the more people they convict and then just put on probation, the smaller the "us' group becomes and the larger the "them" group becomes.
