    PPT/Consignment

Can I legally buy 2 handguns on the same dros where 1st one is from a LGS on consignment and 2nd one is a PPT without waiting the 30 days?

Each handgun would require a different DROS since the sellers are different people.
^Both handguns will be on the same ATF 4473.

However, since they are being done at the same time, the DROS fee would be shared.
^Total fees should be $45 ($25 DROS fee + $10 fee for first handgun + $10 fee for second handgun).

Clarify this with your CA FFL dealer.

I did exactly that, but each had it's own DROS paperwork. I bought a handgun on consignment and a PPT at the same time, one DROS fee, but two PPT fees ($10 each). 10 days later, picked them both up.

Edit: Just like Quiet said in the post above mine...

I got two rifles one PPT the other consignment (which they ran as a PPT) they both went on the same 4473. I paid one $25 Dros fee and 2 $10 PPT fees.

If I am not correct... Both are PPT. The consignment is just the LGS with the item for sale FOR someone that they take their cut for the sale.

No 30 day wait, consignment gun is also DROSd as a PPT.
