You know you'd be ripped off by Botach.. they hardly deliver because they usually have nothing in stock. They will take your money and you can fight King Kong before you'd get any monies back. Good luck though..

Although it inflicts pain, subjects that are adrenalized and committed will not be stopped by such devices. A continuos stream of pepper spray to the eyes, nose and mouth of a subject will slow him down, but still in the same boat as non other lethal weapons, some subjects seems to be immune to it until they relax a bit and the pain sets in. Non lethal weapons that most people think will provide instantaneous incapacitation would be successfully deployed tazers. A search on YouTube will prove there is no guarantee. Out of all I mentioned the pepperball launcher is the weakest. The wise man said just find your place

The FN 303P is actually a Tiberius Arms Tac-8.1.
So, unless you want to have FN marked on it, you could always buy the Tiberius Arms one.
Costs around $200.
Tiberius Arms Tac 8.1

FNH FN 303P

In addition...
The launcher is considered an "imitation firearm" [PC 16700(a)] and all "imitation firearm" laws apply to it [PC 20150-20180].
Unless you are exempt person, it is illegal for you to acquire or possess the pepperball ammo in CA. [PC 22810(e)(1)]
Therefore, it would only be CA legal as a "spot marking/paintball" gun (what it was originally designed for).Last edited by Quiet; 09-03-2017, 3:18 PM.sigpic

Isn't PC 22810(e)(1) just for tear gas?The launcher is considered an "imitation firearm" and all "imitation firearm" laws apply to it.
