What Should I buy???

Alright, here's the deal. I'm in the market for a new gun, but I'm torn between what I should buy.

I'm considering buying a Ruger MKIII Hunter, but in the back of my head, I'm thinking I could be using this money to put towards building an OLL...but then again, if I save more, I could put my money towards buying an M1A. What should I do?

If I go with the MKIII, I can buy it right now and be shooting it in no time. If I buy an OLL, I can build up the lower, but will have to save some more cash for a nice upper...If I go for an M1A, I'll be saving/waiting longer and no telling when I will be able to find a good deal on one, or even finding one for that matter.

All very differnt options, just dont know what to do. What would you do?

well do you have any other rifles/pistols to shoot in the mean time if so then I would say wait for something that is really cool like the M1A lol

All things being equal... meaning fun value. M1A > MKIII

if you have guns already, save up buy an m1

if this is your first gun buy the ruger

I do have stuff to hold me over, but I love new toys! and I love them NOW. But I've always wanted an M1A. But wouldnt mind having an OLL. Also, 22lr is cheap! I dont think I'll be shooting the M1A much due to the cost of 308...Guess I'd have to get into reloading!

I trimmed down my safe and i am down to two rifles, ar15 & m1a. If I had to choose one, it would be hard, but I would have to go with the m1a throwing 308.
