I've tried looking for it via Google and Calguns search function, but with all the magazine-related stuff happening lately, I cannot find the actual text that is currently in effect up til now. Does anyone have the link on hand?

Restrictions on 11+ are still in effect.
There is currently an injunction (from the prop 63 law taking effect...) on the outright ban of lawfully possessed LCMs. So if you *had* them, you can keep them - for now.
