    Wearable tech to count down magazine capacity

    Wouldnt it be nice to keep track of how many rounds are left in your mag like in the video games. Guy develops wearable tech to count down rounds aa he shoots

      hope he is making notes and diagrams.

      get this idea sent off the patent office first before someone else does, and he can sell the tech/idea to a lot of gun companies. heck, darpa might be interested

          It is an engineer building a solution to a problem that he perceives. Pretty good one too. Like most engineers, he doesn't worry about the popularity of the problem - that's for Marketing to figure out.

            There's one that has been out, uses accelerometers to count down, but it assumes a full mag when you reload.
            Company called Radetec, also seen their product on rifles.

                    Good idea, marketable who knows. Personally if I'm in a situation where I think I need to change mags I will, as far as just range work I can count to 11 no problem sometimes I can even count to 16. Just another gadget that will be a distraction is what I see it as.
