    Gun safe disposal place?

Alright guys, so my wife took a angle grinder to my 21 gun Winchester safe and cut a 10"x10" hole in the side, chopped the hinges off and did everything but get into it. So, my $1k safe is a enormous paper weight. Needless to say, I divorced that crazy bi$&#. So for the last year , the safe has been sitting in the closet empty with a giant hole in it. Upstairs to make things worse. My question is, where can I dispose of it? It is totally useless and ruined. Dump? Scrapyard? Any ideas? I need to get it out of my house as it is for sale and it is def not a pretty site for buyers.

Any answer that doesn't involve blowing it up is wrong.

Scrapyard might net you some Beer $. Call around first as some have a minimum weight otherwise you don't get paid.

                Pictures?

A little welding could turn it back into something useful. It doesn't need to be pretty. If you already have another safe, use it to store ammo.

Hey, send me some pictures. I'm in Manteca and might just take it off your hands. Or I could try and weld it up for you.

Are you asking where you can dispose of the safe or your wife?

Holy hole in gun safe Batman!

Your gun safe is now an ammo bunker for the garage.

Good luck on finding a new wife version 2.0. [emoji848]

In my area.... we feed the strays.... people set stuff out and the strays grab it....

I found a ton of steel water pipes that were left under a place after a repipe

I found on of the strays in his little truck and he had a few rusty BBQs and Direct tv dishes in back. I flagged him down and he was happy to drag all the pipe out from under the house....

Set it out and see what happens if you are moving. If not you advertise you have stuff worth a safe and worth stealing

When I lived in LA the midnight operators would pick up anything I put out.

I called it the underground trash service.
