    FEATURELESS AR?????

I built a Palmetto AR with 16" barrel. I have changed the A2 flash hider to a Muzzle Brake, installed a ARMaglock, installed a Liberal Grip by Featureless, and I still have an adjustable M4 stock. Now with the other featureless modifications which I have done to the rifle, DO I HAVE TO PIN THE STOCK?
I read somewhere if you change just one of the evil features you are good to go and are abiding by the new Prop 63 laws which are coming.
I even have a video that shows a guy doing the video says they are compliant even though they still have the A2 flash hider, telescoping stock, and pistol grip. Below is a link to the video:

After viewing the video is he right or wrong??

If you go featureless, e.g. with a Liberal grip et al, you don't need a mag lock. However many evil features you have to remove, you need to end up with zero, hence the term "featureless". If you choose evil features over being able to drop mags, then you need a mag lock.

In other words, yes. Then pitch the armaglock.

That video showed both kinds, but he didn't explain the why-fores of the different set ups.
I meant, it is my opinion that...

Very simple, use the cal guns flowchart, not some guy on the web.

No flash hider, No forward vertical grip, no pistol grip (several ways to deal with this. I use a grip wrap), no adjustable stock. (Pin the stock)

What does prop 63 have to do with anything you are doing? Have you even looked up what the proposition is about? Please, stop building and start reading before you end up in jail.
