Wench, or cable to a pully or reel.
The two times I put a safe to my basement I tied a rope to the safe and strapped it on, put it on it's back attached to a post seconded time to a reel/ manual wench and let her slide down the 20 flight stairs with a plyboard.
Idk didn't mess anything up but was slow it took 2 people at least.
