Going to my first out of state gun show. Specifically the Big Reno Show in August. I've been to most of the gun shows here in CA but I'm excited for this one. Ive heard the prices for ammo there are decent. Any idea if there are vendors that sell aftermarket Glock parts (barrels, triggers, slides)? Also going to pick up a few holsters and targets. Any recommendations?

Big Reno is awesome to go to, if you want to attend a GS.
That said, ammo $ on line are better, so there is that.
GS in general are not always the place to fined low priced stuff, but you will see a LOT of stuff in one location.
Go for the fun not prices IMO.
But hey you never know, you may find that one item you've been looking for. -
You're definitely going to like this show more than any ca show. There are vendors who sells glock parts but no guarantee you'll find everything you need. The ammo price is mehhh and customer service at miwall is even worse. They are not the only ones to sell ammo there so that's good. Better price online as always. While you're in town - check out few stores: scheel's and cabela's, sportsman's warehouse and reno guns and range. You can rent POF revolution and POF submachine gun there for example. Also, have cash on you as some vendors rather discount their products for it than run your credit card.Comment

That is going to be a hell of a weekend for me. Im doing the Big Reno Show on the 25th, a lesbian wedding just of the strip on the 26th and then the McGregor fight later that evening at the Casino. I might even travel into indian country for some fireworks on Sunday morning. Of course I would be sure to use them all that morning and be sure not to bring any bottle rockets or firecracker home that afternoon.

The good professor is banned from all the major gun shows. His picture is usually posted at the entrance and given to all security people with instructions to toss off the property if seen. He brags about this.
He might have have some minions up there. They are not that hard to spot if you pay attention. Look for one or two college-age kids that appear more interested in following certain people than looking at the displays. The will definitely make every attempt to get close to someone who is looking over large capacity mags. The hidden cameras will be on their hats, in their glasses, or on their shirts. In the past they used a lot of cameras that were disguised as shirt buttons. They will also be communicating with another person using a hidden mic.
If you want to out them, engage them in gun talk. I did this once. It is fun.Anyone can look around and see the damage to the state and country inflicted by bad politicians.
A vote is clearly much more dangerous than a gun.
Why advocate restrictions on one right (voting) without comparable restrictions on another (self defense) (or, why not say 'Be a U.S. citizen' as the requirement for CCW)?
