Indoor ranges that allow drawing from holster???

So, I am looking for a range that allows drawing from holster to practice. Is there any such ranges; even if membership is required? Within 10-15 miles from West Covina...

Otherwise how the hell can one practice???

A bit too far, but in case you get desperate, Sharpshooters in Torrance allows it after you take a training class.

Not sure of cost for class.

Is that indoors? My anti-rejection meds prevent me from spending more then 10-15 minutes in the sun...

As far as taking a courses, I've taken two but want to just practice on my own..

Negative it is outdoor, however trees and some spots with cover. You can take an easy up with you.

You will find even if you can draw from your holster you are unable to step side to side or use any other methods you may practice in a small in door range.

Yeah, I suppose a large cover would be acceptable...

you can practice holster draws at home.

you don't need to fire the gun from a draw to get that muscle memory trained up.

i was in the same boat you were when i first started taking classes. thinking i need live fire to practice holster draws.

you don't. once that muscle memory is built in, it applies the same live or dry.

the only thing that will be different is the gun will be heavier due to the ammo, but that can be solved by loading it with snap caps or take apart a mag, and put weights inside to equal a real loaded mag

I definitely need to practice dry fire more. I will add holster draw into the practice....
