If you are looking to register AWs jointly, the procedure is the following.
Both owners must open their individual CFAR account.
The primary, the person that DROS'd the gun, will register the weapon and chose himself as primary.
At the end of the process a number will be given.
The secondary, will register the same AWs, pay the 15 dollar fee a second time, put himself as secondary, plug in the number the primary got, and go through the process.
pics must be a min of 10MB. cellphone pics are ideally suited for the system, says the DOJ.
