    Take-down weapons

Anyone else share this interest? I only have a few weapons that "takedown", but I realized that the new rigs I'm looking at getting all have that feature:

    1. Henry AR-7
    2. Miroku Winchester takedown
    3. Ruger 10/22 takedown (magpul backpacker)
    4. Winchester model 12 shotgun
    5. Taylors and CO. Alaskan takedown
    6. Marlin Papoose

    etc...

What do you have? What do you like? My coach gun and my AR are two of my favorites, but I'm always on the lookout for what's next .

    Stevens 520 12 gauge ttakedown, and a 10 22 takedown.

    I wish i had more!

The stevens 520 is over 100 years old and built like a tank. I love that gun, my barrel was chopped though, i think it was supposed to have a ridiculously long barrel, however now the two halves are about the same length.

"Sporter" is what the drooling toothless inbred albino with the hacksaw thinks his newly created "dear riffel" is.
"Bubba" is what he and his ugly and ruined rifle really are.
First you are chopping up historic vintage rifles and sticking them in cheap and nasty looking plastic "dildo" stocks that look like some kind of futuristic sex toy that gay space aliens stick up each other's butts.
Next thing you know, you think "Deliverance" is a love story.

            Revolvers are not pistols

pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.

Lever-action rifle with heavy-duty rack and pinion design. Quickly breaks down in two pieces. Grey laminate forearm and stock with straight grip. Precision matte stainless steel barrel and lightweight aluminum receiver with satin nickel finish. Detachable box magazine.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

I've wanted a EDM Arms rifle for years, but have zero use for one. It's a shame Bill Ritchie passed away, he made a cool product. Now that I'm a bit older and have a smig more money, I probably would have bought one.

(Browning Lever Rifle) BLR take down

Among the different models, lots of calibers:

Its an expensive hobby, but more expensive when you try and convince yourself you don't need what you really want.

10/22, unless we are counting AR's because aren't they all take down since you can seperate upper and lower?

I never even thought of an ar, or m1, or suomi as being takedowns! I guess i have a few more!

I knew a guy that had a real slick 410 over a .22 takedown. Both single shot, but boy did i want it. It was not for sale! I forget what my last offer was, but he wasn't taking any!

I think you are thinking of the Springfield M6 Scout. I had one, the trigger/grip thing was horrible, so I got rid of it. Not a bad design, but wasn't a fan personally.
