Anyone else have problems with Arms Unlimited?

Ordered a 1911 pistol online and put under comments on the order that if this one is not available then cancel my order. They substituted w/o my consent and sent a different one. I requested a return that says is available per their web site but was told no returns. This is pretty sad way to do business when I very clearly stated this is the only model I wanted.... Will never buy from them again...

    Pretty sad in my opinion.

Never had an issue....but I've only purchased optics and accessories. Which one did you order and which one did they "substitute"?

What prompted you to join calguns?
I don't really follow your post?

      Any specifics????

IE you wanted a Glock 22 and they sent a Glock 30?
You wanted a Kimber model xyz and they send model ABC?
You ordered a stainless Kimber and they sent a blued model?

You ordered X with fixed sights and they sent X model with adjustable sights?
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
