I ordered two 308 lowers but found issues with the grip holes. One wasn't tapped far enough and one wasn't tapped at all. Asked if they could check the specs on my lowers.

I returned them on 5/11. Been sending them a pm once a month but no reply.
My tracking number said it was dropped of at the front desk.

Can anyone here get in touch for me?
Maybe they will send me replacements from a new batch but I'm not on their newsletter sign up..

Hey just a update.

Genesis cnc asked me to update this..

They got back to me a couple months ago and refunded me my money in two payments. Last one just cleared.

Honestly I did not think I would get the money back. So it was a nice thing to have especially needing a new tire and some stuff to fix.

So all I can say is it is better late than never and everyone has obstacles and tough times so just glad they came through for me in the end appreciate it.
