Where to buy surplus weapons in ca?

Does anyone know any websites that ship to ca or stores in ca that sell surplus or LEO trade ins for cheap that are also on the roster? I found a sight that had surplus beretta for cheap but they didnt ship yo ca. Basically i would like to buy something beat up and restore it like a beretta or something.

Most California Law Enforcement Agencies are very politicized and in many cases require that surplus weapons be sold to end users exclusively out of state by the wholesalers they use to move surplus guns.

I bought 2 ex-Utah Highway Patrol 870's from the Equipment Exchange on arf last month. Many ads for ex-LE handguns there. Not seeing any "won't ship to California" stuff.

I'd also subscribe to CDNN's email list as they do dispose of a lot of used LE guns.

I thought CDNN wouldn't ship pistols & semi auto anything to Ca.

I thought pistols were ok if they came with 10 round magazines. I'd call and ask and if it's true they won't ship pistols direct, hook up with a middleman ffl...you may find prices delivered and dros charges may still make it worth while.
