Looking for a Leica 1200 rangefinder!

    Hey everyone,

I just picked up my 12bvss in 22-250, what a blast. This thing is crazy accurate at 200 yards (haven't had the chance to really stretch it out yet.) Now I'm looking for a range finder and I think I'm looking at a Leica 1200. I've done a few searchs and before I buy I thought I'd ask you all. Any help would be great in terms of least expensive price. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Can't help you on who has a good price right now, but I've had a Leica 1200 for 3-4 years now. I've been really pleased with it. I personally think it is worth the extra $$ over the 900.

When I bought mine I compared it to the Bushnell. BIG difference in the clarity of the optic, even in lower light conditions.

I have a Leica 1200 Scan in black, and love it. It's with me for every prairie dog hunting trip. The "scan" feature is superb, and if you get one, be sure it has that feature. All the new ones should. I paid about $400 for mine, brand new.
